I like my range a lot but I am upset that you do not get a manual for using it and cooking with it. I looked on line and it's crazy trying to find it. When you pay this much money I think you should at least get a manual!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the fact that the over provides multiple cooking options such as the optional split oven, air fryer, and convection oven. Air Fryer works as expected, but with more capacity than my countertop model so I can cook more as efficiently. The stove top is great, although the large burner puts off too much heat and requires moving pans to smaller burners for simmering or risking burning. Fortunately there are multiple burners of varying size to be able to move items around as needed. It is however really good for frying and keeping oil at the proper temperature. My only realy complaint is that the clock does not set itself after a power outage unlike the microwave, despite the fact that it is hooked up to my wifi. Would be great if the clock would reset itself since it is connected to the wifi.

If you want to keep your family safe DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. IT LITERALLY CAUGHT ON FIRE JULY 4TH. THEY CALLED IT COSMETIC DAMAGE. I have contacted them 27 times. Literally 27 times. I have cried and just beat myself up for buying this junk. $1,200 just gone. Check out these pictures you guys. If you spill a tiny bit of sauce on the cooktop you are stuck with the burn marks for life. The technician couldn't even get it off with a razor and steam. The very first time we used it we dripped. All good cooks make a mess. The stovetop literally sucks the juice into its surface and will not let it go. Also speaking of drips, there are two panes of glass that have a gap between them in the door. It's up by the handle. If you're wiping off your stove and you have a little bit extra soapy water on the rag, be sure you don't get any between those pieces of glass! There is no way to clean it unless you find some type of contraption. Now it looks like my picture. Gross. Then the final coup de gras, we grilled steaks with the griddle that came with it. Fourth of July was looking great. Steaks were cooked to real perfection. Turned off the burner, ate my steak, came back and gently slid the griddle to the other side of the oven to finish cooling off. No grease on the griddle left nothing to spill off the griddle onto the cooktop just the plain griddle itself. The moment I gently dragged it to the other side it caught on fire. The burner literally sent a huge flame that burned the fan filter on my microwave. I called them scared! I couldn't believe it. My husband has COPD very very bad. It smoked so bad in this house that he had to go outside for 2 hours. No lie. It's like they won't do anything about it unless you get a third degree burn. I sent them everything. I just can't get over it. How evil. Now we can't use it because we're afraid it's going to burn our house down. It's like I'm an alternate universe with these people. I'm working with my bank to try and dispute the charges with these pictures. I wonder if it would be worth paying a lawyer just for the purpose of showing Samsung they can't do this to people. These things are catching on fire! Please pray for us. And please don't buy this.

So far so good. Looks nice, only have tried bake, and convection bake. I’ll update if I run into any issues down the road. But so far I like it. Just got the Samsung dishwasher as well and like that too! UPDATE Air fry takes a lot longer than a countertop air fryer, at least 10-15 minutes longer surprisingly. Seems the oven bake time is a little longer as well! The double oven feature is nice, but I’m tired of taking the oven divider out every time I’d like to use the whole oven- a Inconvenience. Maybe I got a bad working oven, not sure! More

I've had this stove for two years and overall it's okay but three of the knobs have broken and Samsung refuses to replace or make a better knob. More importantly, it's very easy to unknowingly brush against a knob and have gas seeping. My frustration is paired with multiple breakdowns from Samsung products all around the 1.5 year mark. I'm not sold on the quality of their products and can not recommend them.

Being able to see if you left it on when not at home or being able to warm something up remotely is very helpful. The stove top is easy to clean, heats quickly and evenly. Same for the oven. Being able to cook two different items on separate settings is nice, too.\nCOULD DO BETTER: The griddle slides on the glass top making it difficult to work the food without holding onto it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stove and I've n.I love it because there are no burners.It just wipes clean.I use the air fryer all the time .So convenient to just have it right there.No dragging out the smaller counter top air fryer.I also like the double oven.You can run the ovens at two different temps to bake two different things at the same time.It also looks very nice and fits in my kitchen well.My son said it looked like a robot.Lol

The tope section is really only good for reheating as it's easy to burn things. Trying to use both at the same time as a split, results in inconsistent cooking. I pretty much use it as one over 90% of the time. I don't think it really saved in using less gas. The stove top is great and the bluetooth feature is nice. The air frying gets too hot.

The drawer space barely fits the equipment that comes with the range so don't expect to fit more items. The oven heat overall seems not to be what the temperature reflects. Overall I haven't been impressed.

Plus, the griddle top in the middle and the movable burner top for extra large pots is awesome. I love the wi-fi capability that lets me know it is done preheating if I'm not in the kitchen right then. Highly recommend.

Having this and only using half has been a game changer. Having 4 working burners of various sizes is awesome. I love the self cleaning portion as well. I thoroughly enjoy my gas range.

You can also get alerts, such as the oven preheating and it tells you its ready. The center burner has a grittel to use for pancakes and such. We really love it!

I'm extremely disappointed with this gas range. Despite following the instructions and adjusting the temperature, everything I cook burns. The customer service is also subpar. I regret purchasing this product and advise others not to waste their money. I had a great experience with GE, but this product falls short. I'm requesting a full refund.

Love my new range but had to figure out what was what on how to open the door for bottom oven, it took me awhile. it is same handle but you have to hold in handle closer to the left side for both ovens to open. it is only separate door for top and for lower oven the handle opens both upper and lower. no separate one for bottom.
