I was not at home when it arrived, the Walmart step by step notification was very helpful and instrumental in me getting hold of my neighbor so she can bring him inside the hallway till I get off work. \n\nGot home 4 hours later and I immediately went to bring him into his new home and saw she placed his box upside down (even though it stated with arrows, “this side up”), I was nervous and thought that was it. But upon opening the box and taking him out, the top leaves were a bit squashed and a little soil escaped, but that's it. \n\nThey shrink wrapped the planter and soil so it was all compact and safe in there. I immediately spritzed the leaves and gently opened them up. 1 day later, all is still well, just 1 leaf has a slight brake in the vain (which I will mend in the morning, not while he sleeps tonight). \n\nSo, to sum it up; the whole process from purchase to delivery was seamless and outstanding. I've never ordered a plant before because I wasn't sure of how it'll turn out. I will definitely do it again with them and I already recommended it to my cousin and neighbor. The plant itself if very full and vibrant and healthy. \n\nThank you.
