When this arrived, I was surprised it was so large and full. Wrapped well in brown paper to protect it, and keep the dirt in, it arrived in perfect condition. The fronds are large and beautiful. The color is vibrant and there are no brown or yellow areas on them. It comes in a plain black nursery pot full of a nice, rich potting soil, but you will need to put it into a larger, heavier pot if you have it outdoors like I do for the summer. Just don't put it anywhere in the direct sun. My porch is shaded all the time by a roof, but it has bright light which is perfect for these palms. I put it into a larger white nursery pot with some small rocks in it, because it was a little top heavy and blew over. Good, healthy plant with strong stems. I took the 3 photos with a yard stick for the front and back, so you can see how large and full this plant is from different angles. And a photo of the base of the plant to see how strong and healthy the stems are. It looks beautiful.
