[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about the stove. First, it heats faster than my old Frigidaire both on the stovetop and in the oven which I like. I'm not sure how I feel about the exposed heating element in the bottom of the oven. I have yet to boil anything over in it, but I'm afraid its going to be very hard to clean (both the element and around and under it). I suspect the exposed element is one reason why it heats up faster but I'm not sure the trade off will be worth it. I did buy some oven liners just in case.\nI really do like the WARM feature and that I can go as low as 145° for dehydrating. That's a big plus for me.\n\nThe main reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because of multiple small things that all seem to add up. \nFirst I'll start with the "START" button. I find it extremely annoying that I have to hit the start button after every time I do something. If I want to pre heat the oven, select temp and hit start, change the temp.. hit start, use the pre-set temps... hit start...set the timer...hit start... add more time... hit start... and so on. I never had to do that before and so for me it's a major annoyance because I forget to hit start and then come back and realize the oven isn't hot or the timer didn't go off because it never started. And that leads me to the timer... once you set the timer ... and hit start... you can't add time to it without turning it off and starting over... and don't forget to hit START.... AGAIN! I also wish the timer was louder so that I could hear it from the next room. \nNext, are the sensors on the burners. I realize that these are government mandated safety things, but they create a "dead" spot for heat in the center of the burner which is a pain when cooking things like burgers or pancakes, or toasting buns.\nThe last thing that I have an issue with are the 2 small burners. The back left burner on low is hotter than the right front burner. You would think that they'd be the same right?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my stove to replace a glass top whirlpool brand. The burners are way more accurate on temp and easier to cook with because they're more stable temperature wise. The oven is also much more accurate. In many ways it's functionally superior. However there are a few details that make it only 4 stars. The sheet metal is thin,the stove top gets burn-you hot while using the oven at 350°. The vent goes into back left burner and comes very close to boiling water from running the oven; steaming and making bubbles but they don't release and roll like a simmer. Of it was 400° I'd bet it would simmer. To be clear, this is with the burner OFF. The oven racks are half size wire gauge so thin and weak feeling. You can't pull them out to get food out of the oven because they fall down in front dumping food out. The bottom drawer doesn't ride smooth or evenly and has no depth to keep stored pans from falling out in back. . It would be great if the oven light came on automatically when the door is opened. None of it is a deal breaker. At least not in the winter time. But using the oven in summer will cause some major issues conflicting with my ac. All that said, it's a good range and easy to cook on.

It heats up real fast. I like the feature that while preheating it shows you the temperature as it's rising to your desired temperature. The indicator lines on the knobs were very skinny and hard to see where you were turning the knob to, so I used a white adhesive tape and made larger, wider arrows.

Plus for that oven is that if heating element burns out it is easy to replace . Getting used to the black top, really shines, a little harder to keep looking like that. My old was a white top. The burners heat up very quickly. The oven seems to be very good. The only differences are the shape of the knob panel and the method of setting the timer. The Amana timer is not as easy to use; like all 'improved' models it's more complicated. Other than that, it's a swell device. Let's see if it lasts as long as the Kenmore.

This happily had a slight bigger oven than the one it replaced being able to better accommodate my large pizza pan. It is easy to use and heats adequately. My only complaint is that I miss having 3 rather than only 2 oven racks.\n.

I noticed that the lower warming drawer feels "cheap" but luckily I don't have to open it often. It works fine, just much more light weight than my 20 year old stove. And it is very difficult to get a proper amount of heat for what is on stove. The lowest temp on burner is still kind of high. But I like it well enough for the price.

The drawer at the bottom is not very functional as it doesn’t hold much, has a huge opening in the back that stuff falls out of and doesn’t slide very cleanly. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

I was unaware that the range does not come with the electrical cord so I had to order one. Unfortunately the cord is on back order so this review is merely based off quality, appearance and general operations. The range’s electronic control interface keeps it simple by providing the must have functions such as bake, broil and warm. It also comes with Bake Assist Temps, which essentially have various preset temperature settings to quickly and conveniently get the range to your desired temp with one touch of a button. I do like that the range door has an extra large viewing window to check on your food. The overall appearance aligns well with most modern kitchens, the unit has a mixture of black and stainless. Great range with simple functions and cannot wait to get more use out of it.
