I love my new Cooks IDO, it is beautiful, and holds ups to my gas stove and electric oven. went through the dish washer like a charm. Oh, it's White, Pure White, I have bought abd used the much more expensive brand from France, and I have chipped and scorched products. Until now have been too expensive to replace, But at JC Penney Prices if this continues to hold up to my cooking habits, I will start replacing the old product.

I bought the 5.6 qt white dutch oven a year ago mostly due to the price and reviews. It was beautiful out of the box and still is if you over look the chips. I had hoped it would take some time for it to start chipping but sadly, it chipped on the first use while baking bread in it. I have used it less than 10 times and it has many chips. Most of the chips are on the handles. It shows rust stains if not kept completely dry after cleaning. It is a bit on the heavy side, including the lid, but does the job. However, I would not purchase again. I should have put my money toward a more expensive brand that is not as prone to chipping/rusting.

I purchased the 5.6 quart several years ago for my mom and she so happy with it! Cleaning it is a breeze and it’s so versatile. She’s used it for baking artisan bread, cooking roasts and soups. She loves the weight of it and doesn’t have to worry about the knob melting which is something that I looked for before purchasing a cast iron Dutch oven for her. I highly recommend this product!

I add been looking at cast-iron Dutch oven skillets for a while never wanted to pay the full cost on them. I saw this one come on sale I love the color it is heavy I was able to brown my roast in it on my stove and then transfer it to my oven. it made a beautiful roast even heat I love it. The color matches my kitchen as well.

I tried this out not to long after I bought it, and I love it. Makes cooking so much better and easier. Thought about buying one before but never got around to it, plus the price was right. The cast iron Dutch oven is the best and I threw out my old one that I have had for over 40 years. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The color is stunning, it cooks evenly and retains heat just like a dutch oven is expected to do, I do notice that the pot slides around because the bottom is completely enameled, maybe they should have left a portion grippy to prevent sliding, but it's a minor complaint

I bought this after using my sister-in-law’s over Christmas. It is a great deal and cooks well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the teal color is way darker in person than on the app. It is hard to get the true color of the oven, but I am attaching a picture anyway. It’s beautiful, just not the color I expected.

I purchased all 3 sizes but only used the 2 largest ones were used a couple of times. When I cooked my chicken stew it cooked quickly but I had to frequently replenish the liquid which is uncommon with my stainless steel pots. So, when I cooked dried beans with turkey wings, it cooked quickly on low heat in which I stored frequently, but once it finished cooking, much of the beans stuck to the pot which was difficult to clean. I don’t think I would recommend due to the required stirring and burnt beans.

I just bought this last week, being summer haven’t used it yet but can’t wait to make my first stew in it! I saw a more expensive brand on sale but it was much smaller at 3qt vs this one at 3.5! I would definitely recommend the Cooks brand! Heavy, great quality.

I got this for Christmas and I love it. The color is blue and so pretty. I love how it evenly heats and after food is done it stays warm do you don't have to reheat if you want seconds. I will be using this a lot. It's obviously heavy to lift but worth it.

The Dutch Oven is the size and weight of my Grandmother's Cast Iron Donut Pot. It was so good at cooking Pot Roast or Donuts, since the temperature stays even. I am really happy to have purchased the ceramic lined Cast Iron Dutch Oven!

I bought this to bake sourdough bread in. Works fabulous. Also works great for soup. Nice and heavy Dutch oven with a metal lid knob so no worry about the knob melting in the oven. Beautiful turquoise color. My New favorite pot.

This is a very nice, substantial cast iron pot. The price was also very good and they had several colors to choose from. I chose the red and it is a nice deep cranberry color. Very happy with purchase.

I purchased this stock pot in the bright retro blue, its beautiful in person, the quality is on Parr with more expansive brands and my pot roast cooked evenly and quickly. I recommned this product.
