We became first time homeowners last year in the beginning of the summer 2024 (writing this Jan 2025. We had to buy a fridge because the house we bout did not come with one as it was sold in an estate sale. I grew up with side by side fridges and my husband with French door. \nFirst, what we love:\nWe both love the look of this refrigerator (black stainless steel). The size is great no storage issues. The adjustable shelves and the ability to turn the freezer ice maker off for additional storage are amazing. Water and ice dispenser is not an eyesore and we love the easy access. Can easily fit 3 frozen pizzas in the freezer if needed without having to rearrange the entire freezer. Smooth open and close fresh drawers. Does not show fingerprints and smudges easily. I don’t think it is overly noisy the only time I really hear it is after someone gets ice you can hear the ice tray fill and the cubes fall this is a plus for me because a silent house creeps me out.\nNow, issues with the fridge:\nHard/stiff magnets can and will scratch the stainless steel surface (we put ours on the sides as they are not stainless). Once the ice maker jammed when my husband went to get ice due to a conjoined ice cube, he continued trying to get ice to no avail and then didn’t think anything of it, later (unaware of the previous event) I noticed some water dripping from the fridge, when I opened the door a small avalanche of ice and water assaulted me and my hardwood floors, I removed the jammed cube, addressed the issue with my husband, and it never happened again lol. Ice cubes are a little small maybe? I feel like they melt a little quickly (I resolve this by just using more ice than I used to). A few of the door shelves are small or awkward and I’m not sure what to store in them.\nFinal thoughts:\nI honestly love this fridge so much. I seriously think and have told people it is my favorite thing we have bought for our house. She is gorgeous, beautiful, and amazing. Some of the other reviews had me worried but I do not regret getting this fridge at all after having it for 6ish months I really hope she is in for the long haul. My 7 year old said she loves this fridge and how easy it is to get ice.\nTips: on the day of delivery have someone with the fridge like white on rice. The return or trade window is very short so you have to be positive you didn’t get a lemon within the first day or two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always owned Frigidaire appliances. I Love that you can choose from basic models, with less technology, or get some of the most advanced. I do stick with the less complicated units like this refrigerator. I’ve had to replace a board on our Frigidaire stove, but that was after 15 years, so that’s to be expected. \r\nIf you have difficulties installing the handle on the bottom freezer door, take the mounting brackets off and flip them around, don’t tighten them completely. When the factory worker installed the brackets, they over tightened the screws and this causes the door attaching screws to not line up correctly and distorts the bracket and the handle will fall off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I basically like my new fridge. Its smaller size is perfect and in the 2 weeks i have had it, it seems to work well. I only gave a 4 because there are 2 issues. 1 the door squeaks when it opens. It is the gasket rubbing, so I have not called for service because I fear they will cut it off and the refrigerator will not cool correctly, or will have a cooling leak. The second is that is is quite noisy. I can live with both as long as the box holds up.

We are very pleased with the Frigidaire unit after several weeks. There is plenty of space for all of our cold items, and we like the door shelves. The dual drawer in the freezer makes storing items much easier and the storage divider really comes in handy. Only item we wish functioned a bit better is the output of ice. By evening time we have used up most of the reserve and are limited on what is in the dispenser.

The drawer freezer is much easier to find things in than our previous side by side. The only thing we would change is the deli drawer. Having to open both drawers to get in and out of the drawer is a bit of a pain. Overall though, it worth every penny.

I bought this fridge a few weeks ago now and I think it is great. It has a lot of room, water dispenser is quick, and it keeps my food cool. Freezer is a great size too. The only issue I have with it is the exterior finish. The stainless steel seems to mark a bit too easily and handles feel a bit rough.
