These do seem to scratch more easily than I’d like, even when usedwashedstored properly, and I do recommend using a pot holder or dish towel to remove the lids. Like all non stick cookware, they don’t last forever and do need to be replaced periodically. We got our set as a wedding gift, and as a starter set to outfit your kitchen, they’re great. Ultimately- and with the understanding that these are not intended to last more than a couple of years (when used consistently)- I would recommend this set. We had to replace the 8” and 12” frying pans pretty quickly and upgraded to higher quality products from different brands when we did, but the lids transferred over perfectly to the new pans, which was nice.

Very high quality set. I absolutely love it. It's my first stainless steel set and there is a learning curve for the nonstick frying pans, but if you watch some videos and read about cooking with them you can do it easily. The handles on the pans themselves have stayed cool for me, but I did have one lid that got too hot to touch. I definitely recommend buying Barkeeper's Friend cleaner to have on hand to clean the pans with if you have tough stains, or if it gets discolored. The discoloration is not damaging to the pan and the cleaner takes it away. Otherwise I just use Dawn soap.

We love this set! It required us to kinda learn how to cook all over again, it only took a few days but well worth then re-teaching. Main problem we had was TOO MUCH HEAT!! low-to medium heat is all that is needed, unless boiling water of course. Once we learned to control our temp everything was non-stick. Now we never have to worry about teflon and other toxic stuff in our food and we have to break the bank to do so like ALL of the other stainless steel sets out there!! Thank You Cuisinart. Ya'll are our go to for all the other stuff we are going to replace.

Complete set of stainless steel cookware for every need. Well made, nice handles that you can grip firmly and not just a knob. I had to buy new cookware for an electric ceramic cooktop after having a gas cooktop for many years. After much research, I ordered this set and am extremely pleased. I love that they are dishwasher safe, though a few pans have just a bit of discoloration on the inside bottom after washing. It does not affect cooking, so it's a minor thing. I would purchase these again and highly recommend.

My old cookware was getting long in the tooth — scratched, stained, and in some cases even broken — so I replaced it with this Cuisinart set. The heat transfer is better, the clear lids let me see if something is still simmering without having to remove the lid to check, and the graduation marks inside the stock pot and saucepans are a nice touch. If I had to complain, the 7-qt. stock pot is a little small for my needs... but I can (and did) buy a larger one from Cuisinart.

The cookware is great for cooking but it does discolor which was something it was not supposed to do. We boiled water for pasta the first use and it still shows the water level. Really no reason for that. The frying pans also show use but we have followed the heating temps exactly. Otherwise they are good pans.

I LOVE these pots and pans! The quality is great! They clean very well and they transfer heat perfectly. The only knock against them is that they don't stack well to fit into my cupboard. Have had this set on my lists for awhile now. I don't usually buy cookware without first handling it in person, but Cuisinart's reputation precedes itself. Bought this as my "forever" cookset after disappointing years of "nonstick" and ceramic coated failures. Perfect amount of pieces to produce gourmet meals in a jiffy. I am in love with my new Chef Classic cookware. It has made me a better cook. So easy to clean, nothing sticks. I love the different size pans, I always have the right size for what I'm cooking. This is probably the nicest piece of cookware I've ever really seen. It is super high quality. The handles are very robust and there's every single size pan you could possibly imagine all in one set. It has added features inside the pots with markoff's that tell you one cup two cup and so on. So easy to use but non-stick is just perfect nothing sticks to the pan even cheese.

Great set. Love the large skillet and the Dutch oven style pot. Nonstick has handled everything well from chicken breast to eggs to sautéed vegetables. Handles are great, long and comfortable. I love the set so far. It had all the pots I wanted, with 3 pans I didn't think I needed. I've been a cast iron guy for a long time, but I have been using more of the pieces of the set than I thought I would, with great results. Great quality and cooking with them is a dream. Food heats up quickly and evenly ... nothing sticks to the bottom. Pot handles are easy to use (don't heat up) but lid handles do get hot. Use a tea towel or oven mitts to handle. It's a beautiful set and we store them on the Lakeland Kitchen Island. They look great! Shipping was very fast.

This cookware set is beautiful, lightweight, sturdy. I love that the food doesn't stick and it's easy to clean up. There is a learning curve for new users. I recommend using the water test before you start cooking, use medium to low heat. These heat evenly and quickly. I wish I would have gotten these years ago.

It’s a very nice set. A couple things. You can not use lemon dishwashing detergent nor can you put them in the dishwasher. They are oven safe to only 350 degrees. Can’t beat the price.

It is good so far, nothing sticks, handles don't get hot, now the tops can according to heat you cooking on but you don't need to cook on high with these, medium heat works great for cooking with these. Lots of sizes for all things to cook, Love the big skillets hard to find them that size in a set.
