We are glad we purchased this, but it's quite a significant cost for the benefits. I don't quite now if it was worth it... Installation was ok - one of the bolts snapped so, ya, not much I can do about that... But otherwise, it went in quite well. Just make sure there are no horizontal stud brace 2x4s in the space that this would go - our TV is a few inches lower now than originally planned, but it turns out it's much more comfortable for our necks :) It's handy to pull the TV out and turn it if we are looking at pictures or something from our dining room. Overall, we're happy with it but not only about 80-90% chance we would buy it again if we could go back in time.

The mount is solid and well built. I used it for a 55” Samsung Frame TV which I wanted to get as close to the wall as possible. There is one limitation though. The mount pulls out from the wall quite a ways and it swivels left and right. However, it does not swivel down. If it is high on your wall and you need to tilt the TV down to watch it you need to make that adjustment with a wrench. If you make that adjustment, when the TV goes back against the wall it will still tilt down and therefore not sit flush against the wall.

Looks great in the wall. It was easy to install. Only issue was where the cables need to come In for our home application. It would be nice if there was a a cut out option on the very top or very bottom of the backside wall. Over all the quality is great and install easy.

Easy to install and it allows the tv to be flush to the wall instead of sticking out 4 to 5 inches as with most mounts that are installed on the wall surface. Very strong and sturdy construction.

So far, so good. The real questions regarding this mount are (1) can it handle the weight of the 65" 8K TV it's connected to, (2) can it be securely connected to the wall behind it, and (3) can it provide us with the variety of viewing angles we desire? Our Best Buy salesperson, Albert Fernandez, says it can. We'll soon know after it's actually installed tomorrow.

Was super excited for this mount but would've been nice to 1) have accurate instructions (Item M is the incorrect screw size in the booklet), 2) there should have been quantity 10 for item L & M (washers & screws) but there was only 9 in the pack and 3) the box has some warped/tarnished areas.
