Packing excellent. Instructions clear and parts well labeled. As instructions say do not tighten bolts until told to do so. Seat is firm (more than the La-Z-Boy chair this chair replaced). Warranty is 5 years versus 10 for La-Z-Boy. I do not like the location of the seat height handle. It is so far back that you need to be off the seat in order to allow it to rise. People do not want to use this often however if only one person uses the chair and they have settled on the height they like. Overall in the second week - I like the chair for the price.

hubby was 1 week post op from major spine surgery and therefore unable to assemble this chair (which I knew when I ordered it). That being said I was able to assemble it myself without any difficulty whatsoever!! He sat in recliner and watched in case I needed verbal guidance which I did not as the directions were very clear. This chair is super comfortable and very well made for such a good price!

Chair is sturdy very comfortable with evident good quality. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I had it assembled and everything is fine and working perfectly. I highly recommend it; in fact I told my son this is the chair to get. He was looking around for a new chair for his home office.

Very nice chair. Comfortable. Easy to assemble. Little stiff, but when it breaks in it should be close to perfect. The lower height setting is a tad taller than I would like, but not a problem.

Very creaky when I move and uncomfortable to sit for a long time (and I work from home!). I kept on sliding off and not much lumbar support that I got backaches from it. It doesn't feel like the same chair I tried in the store! So disappointed!

Please note this is a part that is pre-assembled (I did not put the padding on the arm rest support). I am not sure if it is a factory issue or if I just got a defective one BUT the arm pad completely ripped off of the arm rest support within a month of purchase. I am well below the weight threshold and only use it for about 2-3 hours at night when gaming - very light use. I am quite dissatisfied with my purchase to say the least. I do not recommend this product.

I work from home and had this chair for a couple of months before the arm screws into the chair started to come out. The cheap plastic chair seat bolts doesn't withstand the test of time. I would proceed with caution before spending about $300 on this chair.
