I purchased this couch in 2022 and I've really enjoyed it. It's very comfortable, great to nap on, and has a very wide seat, which I love! However, it's very low to the ground and the more I've used it, the harder it's been to get up off the couch. The seat cushions are removable and it's probably not recommended but I have machine washed them and hung them to dry and they did great! The back cushions have fluff just shoved in there and I do not like that because they are hard to shape and obviously not washable. Overall, it's held up very well over the past 4 years but my number one con is how low to the ground it is.

This sofa is aesthetically perfect, and you don't have to be too worried about the color because it is very easy to clean, not a good choice if you have kids or pets though unless you have a cover. It sits very low to the ground and is very soft so if support is what you're looking for this isn't the one. It's definitely for lounging. I am curious to see how the cushions hold up to repeated use as I've had it for 1 month and can already see them flatten.

Looks wise the Sofa looks great. My complaint would be that if you sit in the middle of the couch it sags. I’ve had my couch for 3 days now and I can tell the middle of the couch would get saggy fast.

Very comfy sofa. It has a nice soft feel. I sleep like a baby when I take my naps. The pillows are horrendous though. They are hard and flat. \nFor the price of this sofa, it would have been nice if the legs had pre-drilled holes for attachment but it does not and it was definitely a task getting them on. YOU WILL NEED A DRILL. Other than that, we are overall happy with our purchase. So far so good.

I have had this couch for over a year, so I can really have some input on this one.\nWithin the first few months, it was great! \nNow a year later, the pilling of the fabric is ridiculous. I use a shaver all of the time but the little “balls” of fabric is horrible. This is the first couch I have ever bought, so I was unaware of the types of fabric where pilling happened. Just be aware with this fabric it will/does happen. It is still comfortable after a year, but also be mindful that you can't take the back cushion covers off the wash. You “can” as it has zippers, but it's all like a stuffing inside, not an actual insert like the bottom cushions. The cleaning is a bit difficult to that aspect. I wouldn't buy this set again and would go with something else next couch purchase. Luckily it wasn't too expensive where I'm not that upset to get a new one soon

I think for the price, it's a great sofa. My only disappointment is that it definitely does not match the color from the images. It looks like a very light grey and I was hoping more for a light cream/ivory color to match with my decor. It's too big to return, so I'm going to keep it.

This is the worst couch I have EVER owned. My husband and I decided to splurge on this couch as our first couch as a married couple, and first piece of brand new furniture in our newly remodeled home that we worked hard on together. This was my dream couch! We always owned second hand furniture before this. We had hopes this would last us for many years as we begin our new family. Unfortunately, it was nice for maybe a couple months, and that's being generous. We've now owned it for one year and I am so sick about how it has held up. I now have small holes all over the cushions where the threads have come apart. All of the cushions have pilled up so bad, they look like The Grinch's fur. Not only that, but the cushions are all discolored now even though we have kept them covered since we've had them. We do have one older dog but she has never had any accidents on it and we have always kept the couch covered with waterproof furniture covers. We don't have kids yet that would tearing it up, and we are hardly home ourselves to sit on the couch, but it looks very worn like it's about a decade old! We take very good care of our stuff, but this did not hold up well with very minimal use from us and only being a year old. We are hoping Ashley will make this right and at the very least send new cushions. If not, we can safely say we would not buy another couch here. We especially would NOT buy this couch again. Please do not waste your money or time on this.

When I first saw this couch, i LOVED it ! I don't know too much about material but it felt perfect. A year and a half later, I'm writing this review. This couch gets so much pilling ! I constantly have to go over it with the lint remover. It gets dirty easily. I removed the insides & it was MESSY. Horrible idea. The cushions are super lumpy and you can't flex them to your liking because the stuffing isn't flexible. I went from loving this couch to absolutely hating it. I'm super unhappy with this purchase. If you never use your couch & just want it for aesthetic, then go for it. Other than that, big fat NO from me.

Couch came super fast, it is so comfortable and I love the color. Amazing quality for the price. Cushions do loose there shape a little.

Love it!\nPerfect look for us, firmness, support, etc.\nWe bought the couch first, and liked it so much we bought the rest of the set.\nOur previous set (Savesto) had some kind of down filling and it looks good, but we're constantly fluffing (every day) and I like something with more support.\nThis one is the perfect support for us. The cushions can be flipped to help even out wear and the covers also come off for easy cleaning.\nNot sure how well the larger couch will hold up, but we try to sit toward the sides just in case. Don't want it to sag in the middle over time.\nThe one thing to keep in mind is that the bottom feet had to all be drilled/screwed in. It was kind of a pain, so plan accordingly. Either do it yourself, get some help or pay for the in home setup.\n\nOverall, love it.\nImpressed by the delivery as well.

Love this couch! We have had the sofa and loveseat set for almost a year. It???s very comfortable and very easy to clean. We went with the darker of the two colors, and I was still worried it would be too light for kids, but we???ve already had some major spills and it came right out. It???s definitely a cozy, plush couch, with decent support. But if you like a firm couch, this probably isn???t for you. I don???t find that the actual seat cushions sag, but the back cushions do; however, that was the appeal for me. I like a slightly lived in look without it looking drabby, which is exactly how it looks. It looks lived in but like it???s supposed to be. Still beautiful and can easily plump back up. So happy with are purchase and been happy with the price!

The couch is not comfortable at all. 3 months in and the seat cushion feels soft and sinking in. From the start , the back support cushion is so huge that your bottom barely fits on the couch comfortably, meaning the seats aren't deep so don't expect it to be comfy. There's no reason for the back cushion to be so thick and stiff. But if i remove the stuffing from the inside it will look weird and flimsy. Don't know what to do but disappointed. The fabric is nice though

Beautiful sofa right away. We have only had it a year and a half, and it is discolored, sagging, and pilling. I would save your money and get something higher quality. It did not take long for the fabric to go bad. We also bought a warranty for the couch, but we can't get ahold of anyone for it. Apparently the wear is “normal” for the fabric, so we were not covered. Now we are in the market again for a new couch after a year and a half.

Lovely couches, was really excited about them. BUT, they are NOT durable. We have had them for 6 months and the piling is out of this world. The couches now feel rough to lay on. Furthermore annoyed bc we asked the sales guy is this would be an issue bc we had that happen in the past and he convinced us that this material cost more so it wouldn't have that issue. Waste of money. Buy something more expensive at a better store.

In LOVE. We live in a VERY tiny one bedroom NYC apartment, so it was important for us to have a couch that had plenty of comfortable seating, and space for sleeping when we entertain. This was a great choice! It's plush but firm, and when we take the back pillows off and put a fitted sheet over the couch, it makes a WONDERFUL sleeping arrangement for guests. I might purchase a twin mattress topper to co ver the bottom cushions when people are sleeping, just to preserve the cushions, but other wise this couch does everything we need it to do! It is big, but it fits in our space perfectly. We paid for the in-house setup. It's stylish and matches with any decor. Recommend!

The cushions are either too soft or a couch this big probably needs three cushions. Or maybe they should be firmer? Idk… You sink towards the middle after a while when sitting. Or your bum sinks in between the two cushions when laying down. The middle definitely sinks in. I've had it almost a year now and we have to keep flipping and switching the cushions around so that they won't look saggy.

I want to love this sofa, but the back cushions are almost unusable after about 2 months of use. I am very careful with them, but they are misshapen and impossible to sit against. I would return if I could, I'm hoping to have them stuffed with real foam or something more substantial bc this is a mess

Beautiful sofa and love seat, however the seat cushions do not hold their shape. There are very pronounced divots where each person has sat after a short amount of time, especially if you watch a movie. We've only had it a month and my husband is already looking to replace this set.

Extremely pleased with the quality construction of this sofa as well as how comfortable it is. The back pillows could be a little more fully stuffed, but overall it's a very pretty sofa. We placed it in our formal living room. Because it is a neutral color, it works well with any color scheme. We paired it with 2 teal/pale green chairs and added 2 decorative colored throw pillows to each end.

We love this sofa. A great value; classy modern look, the fabric is soft and the sofa is comfortable. Very pleased with our selection! We did opt for door delivery so beware this sofa is heavy to get in the house and requires drilling the couch legs in (not the twist on couch legs)! Overall extremely satisfied!

I love this sofa and have had it for about six months. I purchased it in the ivory color and it exceeds my expectations. It even came with pillows that I actually like. It is comfortable AND beautiful.
