It s powerful and it delivers. But it does not always plug in correcly sometimes it s plugged but no contact, no juice goes through. \n\nMaybe because of my car hole not perfect ? Well it s a new car from the year from a popular brand so the plug should be optimal right ? \n\nAnyway maybe it will perform better in your case. Go for it.

It works, but it does NOT fit snugly & securely; as every online complaint mentions, it “pops out” after being inserted into the vehicle (2023 Subaru Forester) 12-volt charging outlet. It does not pop all the way out, just 1/8”-1/4” - just enough to make you wonder if the electrical contacts are touching. This is truly annoying, as it makes you check your smart phone, to see if it is charging. I'll live with the annoyance, rather than return the charger - as other customers apparently have done. Who knows how it will fit in another vehicle's 12-volt charger outlet?

The unit works but only after I strapped it down with tape as it pops out of the outlet. It looks plugged in, but there is no charging connection unless it's pushed in and held. Very disappointing, as must retape about once a week as the tape isn't really strong enough to keep it pressed in for any length of time. Expected more from this brand based on past experience with Mophie.

Overall a great product as usual. Design issue - the side button terminals though are too far up the tube. The spring pressure on them is pushing the unit out of the tube receptacle I'm using on the car phone stand - it's a little shorter than some might be. The terminals need to be a little closer to the pointed bottom of the unit.

This car adapter has both! Output for usb-a is up to 12W. I use this with my ole lightning cable w/a lightning-to-usb c adapter. Output for usb-c up to 30W…good for fast charging my newer mobile phone if desperately needed — you’ll need to have an proper usb-c-to-usb-c cable, though.

Bought this USB cedar charger. It did not work at all. Eventually got through to customer service. They sent me a new one that arrived 2 weeks later ! It didn't work either. Pathetic ! What a waste of my money and time and life. Keep your junk products. I won't ever buy from you again. I don't think anyone else should either.
