We use this vacuum five days a week and have issues with the hose clogging. We have had it just over a year and are looking to replace already.

We purchased two of these units for use in our carpeted halls. It's been about 4-5 months over the warranty: One has sealed itself shut despite being emptied and wiped down after each use, and the other just had the grounding prong on the plug come completely free from the rubber! \n\nThese units are still heavy, despite touting a "lighter weight", and the first one I had ordered ended up returned immediately due to an ill fitting chamber. Overall, I don't intend on replacing these units with more Hoover products. I will research other options and waste my time that way.

Initially a strong contender for commercial restaurant vacuum. Quickly fell to the abuse of the waitstaff. First the cord holder snapped. Then week after week it slipped the belt. It also clogs easily. Cord is long and that is good, but housing is weak and servers run over it and eventually 6 months later it has tears. Then! They pull so hard that the power cord becomes undone inside the actual body of the commercial vacuum. \r\n\r\nHouse hold vacuums have held up better in the restaurant. Very disappointing.

Have had this product only a few months in a very small cafe setting, when it worked it was great. It's no longer suctioning through the hose and we can't find a clog. I tried dis-assembling as much as possible, but even then couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. There are no videos or help guides on how to trouble shoot. A very expensive vacuum to replace after such a short period of time and frustrating to clean while trying to figure it out. Won't buy again.

Hoover been making vacuums long Time I remember owning many of hoovers vacuums back then their were bag required replacing after it would fill up and I also remember the rubber that makes the roller spin melting but now that Hoover created the bagels vacuum it is lot better improvement then before

Absolutely love this vacuum. We've had numerous vacuum cleaners over the years and this one outperforms all those. We get sand, gravel and pebbles, and it picks it all up with ease. The brush and roller are heavy duty. The convenience of it being bagless is a super plus.

This vacuum is a beast! It's been pretty abused, banged up, fallen down stairs and it STILL gets the job done! The cord is really long and very sturdy, much more durable than a regular vacuum. I'd definitely recommend!

Great vacuum! Powerful cleaning and easy to push. Almost feels like it's self propelled. It has made me want to vacuum more! Love the heavy duty, extra long power cord too. Very pleased with my purchase.

I like that it is easybtonuse and maneuver. I like that it brings accessories to use for cleaning. I didn't like it's 1/4 inch off the floor but it still cleans.

Good vacuum. Has lasted a decent amount of time now and my guys by no means are kind to it. When mine finally gives up will definitely buy this same vacuum again.

Love that it vacuumes and mops at the same time. Does get clogged sometimes and then will just leave water all over the floor. But that's to be expected.

This Hoover vacuum is great! I love that its bagless and picks up most dirt. You will definitely get your money's worth ! Great product for a great price!

This commercial bagless upright vacuum is good product and useful too. It helps us clean faster also. We will definitely recommend it and buy again.

This Hoover vacuum cleaner is awesome! No bags to replace! Just empty the container and keep going! this machine is affordable and works very well.

i dislike thst it was dirty when it arrived because ut was apparently a return and was not cleaned. Good way to spread jerms , cautch a desease. It doesn't ajust the hieght of carpet, oh it goes up and down but there no point, theres no difference. i just dont like it st all. it is quiet.

We needed a vacuum cleaner for shag carpets. Our Hoover vacuum cleaner does a fantastic job on our shag and non-shag carpets.

The hoover bagless sweeper is incredible !

It is a very good product.

Two weeks after purchase, power cord started to pull out of back of sweeper. Cord protector was incorrectly installed on OUTSIDE of body of sweeper instead of INSIDE of sweeper where cord would remain in tact. And of course I purchased thru Walmart Marketplace where I'm getting a HUGE RUNAROUND and tons of excuses. I like the sweeper except that it's already in disrepair.

I bought this vacuum a little over 3 months ago and it has stopped working!! I paid almost $400.00 for it and it is only used about twice a week in a City office. I am so disappointed and I certainly hope it is under warranty.

For the price it's a good vacuum. We purchased it because the Dyson we own was not recommended by the carpet manufacturer because a Dyson would be too aggressive on the carpet fibers. This vacuum works well, it's lighter weight. Doesn't seem to be as well made as the Dyson but we are happy with the vacuum and it does a good job.For the price it's a good vacuum. Have had the vacuum for several months, but it has stopped working. If you're looking for a commercial reliable machine that will last, do not buy this product.
