Feeding left to right, the anti-jam conveyor system provides smooth and near constant movement of the dish rack, resulting in consistent and thorough washing and rinsing. Thanks to its built-in diagnostic system, this machine offers service logs and intelligent troubleshooting to assist with cutting down on service calls. (2) 20" x 20" racks, one flat and one peg, included to hold soiled wares. This high-performance machine cleans up to 219 racks per hour using only 0.59 gallons per rack! A 22" prewash is designed to loosen up stuck on food particles for a more complete wash. Constructed of easy-to-clean stainless steel, this machine is built tough to hold up to the wear-and-tear of being used in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
