True to their name, each Cajun fryer comes straight from the bayous of Louisiana and is specially designed for frying in open, outdoor areas. The angled burner/flue design prevents food and batter particles from collecting on the heating element, allowing them to collect in the cool zone at the bottom of the fryer. This prevents loose particles from being scorched in the shortening, thus significantly extending the life of your oil and eliminating the need for frequent filtering or replacement.This six gallon, two basket version of the Cajun fryer is capable of serving 35-40 people per hour, making it perfect for larger cookouts, parties, or family events.
