The Commercial Griddles model HDG-24-M by Southbend. Griddle, countertop, LP gas, 24 W x 24 D cooking surface, 1 thick polished steel plate, manual controls, battery spark ignition, stainless steel front, sides & 4 adjustable legs, 60,000 BTU, CSA, NSF ( Southbend - HDG-24-M ) - The Southbend HDG-24-M griddle has manual controls with temperature settings ranging from low to high. Because the dials are marked with temperature numbers, operators know which setting to use for individual items on the menu. Its burners are spaced every 12 inches, ensuring heat is evenly distributed across the cooking surface. Heat is held by the griddle plate because it is 1-inch thick and has double-insulated sides. For strength, the sides are reinforced, and dents and scratches are resisted by the aluminized and stainless steel construction.Grease splatter and food debris is contained to the unit with side and rear splash guards, and to streamline cleanup, liquids are sent to a grease drawer. For stability on uneven surfaces, the Southbend HDG-24-M griddle has 4-inch-tall legs that can be adjusted. To ensure safety, this unit requires 12-inch clearance on the sides and 8-inch clearance on the rear, and it is heated by LP gas. Product Details.
