This model has two 33,000 BTU range top burners with heavy-duty cast iron grates that can support your largest stock pots. In the front this model has an 11" x 17" burner grate and in the rear it has a larger 14" x 17" grate to accommodate larger pans. The open top burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning and maintenance, too. The 18" right side griddle has a single 30,000 BTU burner, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs. For the chef who is looking for precise temperature control, the thermostatic controls allow you to adjust the temperature according to the needs of specific foods.
