Its digital control constantly monitors the interior temperature level, responding to any changes. Both the cooking temperature level and holding temperature level can be adjusted with dials on the front. The unit runs cook cycles based on a timer and shifts to hold mode automatically once the time is up. This design keeps food warm in busy kitchens, requiring less oversight than other methods.For user convenience, the Alto-Shaam 1000-TH-II cook-and-hold oven comes with a set of casters. These casters can be used to move the unit to different parts of the kitchen as needed, or to clean beneath it. To prevent the door from swinging open while in motion, it magnetically latches closed, and for durability, the oven is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. Product Details.
