The new generation of Blackstone griddles provides the same easy maintenance as the original classics, with the Front Access Rear Grease Management system. This system allows you to move hot grease and debris to the back of the griddle for disposal with easy access to the grease cup from the front of the griddle. This griddle is specially equipped with Natural Gas Configuration, allowing you to connect the griddle to your homes natural gas line and eliminating the need for propane tanks.
