Installing the wall-mounted fan coils is a breeze, and they operate quietly while seamlessly blending with your room's decor. You can place the refrigerant tubes and water outlet on either side without special tools. This system features 12,000 BTUs of cooling power, with an impressive 20.8 SEER2 rating and an outstanding HSPF2 of 8.7 for enhanced energy efficiency. The listing includes essential components such as the KSIV wall mount indoor fan coil, the KSIV Smart DC Inverter Condenser pre-charged with R410A Refrigerant, a 16 Ft 1/4 x 1/2 - Maxwell Refrigerant Line with Interconnecting Cables Installation Kit, Remote Control with Wall Bracket Holder, 1/2 x 6 ft- Maxwell Flexible Electrical Whip, 30A Maxwell Fusible Disconnect Switch , and the Maxwell Wall Mounting Bracket.
