It's designed to be hooked up to bulk propane, instead of using smaller, portable 20-pound to 100-pound tanks. Drain ports on the water pans help remove excess water, reducing the risk of grease fires and simplifying cleaning. The unit is made of durable stainless steel and its 16-gauge stainless steel radiants are designed to stay in place during transport and cleaning.The Crown Verity CV-RCB-60RDP-SI-BULK gas commercial grill has two total-lock casters and two 14-inch wheels to mobilize it. Each end and the front have crash bars that protect it in case of collision during transport. The undershelf can be used to hold supplies nearby for convenience while cooking.
