It naturalizes at a slow, manageable pace so it'll take some time to spread, but you'll have no problem getting just the right spread you'll want. It produces tons of blooms, late-summer fruit and lovely fall color. The fruit is edible, but more of an acquired taste for humans. Birds love the fruit, pollinators love the blooms and deer steer clear.
