The Body Solid G3S comes equipped a lat pulldown / high pulley station, ab crunch / mid pulley station, leg extension / leg curl station, chest press / mid row station, and seated row / low pulley station. Users are able to perform dozens of exercises using this versatile home gym. The G3S comes with an optional leg press and hip training attachment. Users can also add some intensity to their workout by upgrading to a 210lb weight stack. * Shown with optional aluminum pulleys.
