Knitting pattern/instructions to make 1960s/1970s Hippy/Boho/festival style patchwork flared trousers & long skirt. Size: Trousers to fit 36" hips, inside leg 30". Skirt can be made to any length. Materials required: 4 ply yarn to achieve the required tension. Approx amounts. The original patterned used mercerised crochet cotton, 2 ounce balls/142 metres. 12 x 2 ounce balls (approx 680 grams) each in 15 colours. Pair No. 9 (3.75 mm) knitting needles. Tension: 19 sts square to 3 1/4 inches. Due to the age of the pattern, the original yarn suggested may not be available. I would recommend knitting/crocheting a tension square with your chosen yarn, before starting, to ensure the finished item is the size you require. If you have any questions regarding the pattern please contact me I've been knitting and crocheting for many years and am always happy to offer help. Please note that you are buying a digital copy not the original pattern nor the finished item. The pattern has been digitally cleaned, restored and reformatted. Pattern updates, modifications and artwork are copyright to WoolTimeFun and the PDF is watermarked. After buying the pattern you'll receive a link to the downloads page in your account. From here you can download the files. If you need more help please go to the Etsy help page https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949?ref=help_search_result
