Access to the dipping cabinet is made easy via the hinged stainless steel lids with ergonomic handles. A garden hose fitting and floor drain ease interior cleaning, and to keep the cooler energy efficient, its cabinet is insulated with 21/4 inches of urethane insulation, an environmentally friendly choice with zero ozone depletion potential. Door gaskets help keep cold air sealed inside the unit. The cabinet is made of textured galvanized steel that resists damage, hides scratches, and makes the cabinet an attractive addition to your equipment lineup.The contents of this Master-Bilt DC-6D stand alone ice cream dipping cabinet are kept cool with a cold-wall system that efficiently cools dense ice cream. The refrigeration system is self-contained and tested at the factory to ensure it works exactly as intended. Industry-standard R290 refrigerant circulates to keep the cabinet between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is an optimal range for keeping ice cream frozen solid. A 4-inch clearance is required between the rear of the equipment and the wall or equipment behind it to keep the cooler running properly.
