Offering 735 sq. in. of cooking space over 4 chrome-plated cooking racks, this gas smoker gives you the ability to cook large food and lots of it. By placing a separate space with a separate door for wood and water beneath the smoking chamber, this Masterbuilt smoker maintains a more constant cooking temperature by letting you adding wood and water without opening the cooking chamber. Count on trustworthy temperature control from the smoker's long-lasting 15,400-BTU stainless steel burner, precision burner control, rear-mounted adjustable damper, and built-in temperature gauge. May 23, 2022Smoker has never worked. Flame will only Stat lit if temp control knob is held in. As soon as the knob is released the flame goes out. I have never been able to use the smoker Full review by masterbuilt.com
Jan 22, 2022Not made as well as my previous 40inch. Too many extremely sharp edges on it...worst being the tray for the wood chips. Must wear gloves to handle it even when cold. Will be replacing it with another… Full review by masterbuilt.com
