This CD Unit fits all Mercury 8HP Outboards 2005 and Newer (Including all with a serial number beginning with "0R") Some additional information about CDI Units CDI units are difficult to diagnose. Generally, if your outboard has a spark problem and has symptoms such as misfiring, dead cylinders, backfiring, not firing at all, etc... then you want to first check your battery (if applicable), your spark plugs, and your ignition coil(s). If the issue isn't any of these, the CDI unit is a likely culprit. These CDI units are in stock and ship out the same business day if ordered before 3PM Eastern - after 3PM they will ship out next business day. Our flat rate shipping is USPS Priority which is 2-3 business days to most of the U.S. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air is available during checkout if you need it quicker.
