Description
Blue Point Junipers are a classic landscape evergreen coniferous selection for stately garden screens and mid-size to large screens. These upright fast-growing trees have a naturally pyramidal growth habit that will mature to 10-12 feet tall by 6-8 feet wide and are commonly used for privacy borders, windscreens, accents, and container gardens. Blue Point Junipers have dense foliage that has a blue-green hue that will have a cooler tone in colder temperatures in Winter. This low-maintenance Juniper tree requires little to no pruning but can be trained and trimmed into more uniform topiary forms. This popular evergreen fits in with many garden styles, especially cottage, rustic, Asian/Zen, Mediterranean, and contemporary themes. Once established the Blue Point Juniper will be drought tolerant and hardy in USDA zones 4-9 (Hardy to -30°F to -20°F)
