SmartAdjust can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFITs ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments.
