One year later they began producing champagne under the name Perrier-Jouet. Emile Galle, one of the pioneers of the Art Nouveau movement, created a design for Maison Perrier-Jouet, drawing on his own passion for botany to imagine a spray of Japanese white anemones which was placed on 4 magnums in 1902 and it became the iconic emblem of this house. This vintage of the iconic brand, with its flowery Belle Epoque bottle, is ready to be popped. It's refreshing, elegant, uplifting, well balanced, and medium bodied with crisp acidity and a soft mousse. The complex yet delicvate palate provides flavors of apples, lemon zest, grapefruit, brioche, toasted nuts, and lime. with notes of honey andf chalk and loads of minerals. A long, expansive finish testifies to the rare quality of this exceptional champagne. Pairs with cheesecake or caviar.
