Ultra-Maxx 1000 is also formulated with a combination of Gel and Fast Dry Technology for fast and easy installation, plus the ability to open your driveway to foot traffic faster. Under normal drying conditions, temperatures above 75F, clear sunny skies, and humidity below 35% this driveway sealer can be open to foot traffic in just one hour after application. For vehicle traffic, you must allow 24 hours for product to completely cure. Size: 4.75 gallon Foot traffic ready in just 1 hour Advanced gel is fast & E-Z to apply Fast dry reduces tracking Urethane enhanced for longest life Heavy vehicle formula For use on: residential driveways, commercial driveways, parking lots, airport ramps, gas stations, jogging paths. Surface preparation: Newly paved asphalt surfaces must be allowed to cure for a minimum of six months or a full summers season prior to application of any sealer. Driveways must be cleaned with Driveway Kleen, spray on cleaner & degreaser before sealcoating. For oil stains, apply Driveway Kleen liberally and scrub into surface to penetrate oil spots.
