The Meadow Creek TS120P 120 Gallon Barbecue Smoker is a reliable and durable smoker that can be used for both smoking and grilling meats to perfection. With its spacious cooking grates made of T304 stainless steel, slide-out wire grid style with 1/2" spacing, firebox on the side of the grill body allowing indirect heat from charcoal or wood to smoke contents slowly and thoroughly, heavy-duty grate inside the firebox keeping the charcoal in place and off of the floor, reverse flow draft keeping temperatures even and consistent throughout the unit, sliding ash pan collecting all ashes allowing quick disposal while cooking, built-in water pan that keeps meat moist when water smoking; this offset smoker sports slide vents with cool-to-the-touch handles that allow easy control of internal temperature. The stainless steel thermometer is calibratable making accurate temperature readings easy. Stay-cool handles are affixed to firebox doors allowing safe handling. A ball valve drain will consistently drain grease out of bottom and allows water to be easily drained out when it's time to wash out grill body. This unit is equipped with 18" heavy-duty pneumatic turf tires & 8" semi-pneumatic casters w/ brakes protected by heat baffles on fire
