The double-lined lid and bowl do an excellent job at holding in heat, while also keeping the outside cooler and protecting against discoloration from heat. A cast stainless steel Stay-Cool handle lets you safely open and close the lid, which is perfectly balanced so as not to slam shut. The Turbo Burner design creates a consistently hot blue flame by premixing air and fuel, producing up to 10,700 BTUs.
