The Commercial Convection Ovens model SLGS/22SC by Southbend. SilverStar Convection Oven, natural gas, double-deck, standard depth, solid state controls, stainless steel front, top & sides, aluminized steel rear, 60/40 dependent doors, interior light, 6 stainless steel legs, 144,000 BTU, (2) 1/2 HP, CSA, NSF (Note: Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program, see Service First document for details) ( Southbend - SLGS/22SC ) - The Southbend SLGS/22SC convection oven is a double-deck, full-size unit heated by natural gas. The solid state controls provide even heating and a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the electric, 60-minute timer alerts the operator when the food is done cooking or baking. The high-efficiency windows on the dependent doors are low emission, so they save energy. The windows and dual-door seal system help keep heat inside the chamber. Consistent heat distribution is achieved by a blower fan that circulates air in the oven cavity. The Southbend SLGS/22SC double-deck, full-size convection oven comes with 5 wire racks and 11 different rack positions with wire rack guides. Product Details. Double-deck, full-size convection oven.
