I'll never say a bad thing about Texas but I will say this... we have a lot of flying and crawling critters that just love biting you :D We switched over to using natural products some time ago but bug spray was kind of a tough one to give up. I knew going in that when I made this product that it HAD TO WORK because if it'll work here in North Texas it'll work anywhere :D This is all natural based, there are no chemicals, the scent "repellent" is all pure high grade essential oils. This is not just strictly a CITRONELLA spray and it is in fact a combination of seven oils mixed together to create one tough bug repellent that won't leave you smelling like one of those tiki torches. I actually rather like the smell and I never mind putting it on even when I know I'm going into town. Each pump spray bottles is 2 ounces but don't let the small size fool you because you don't need a ton of this product to work! Just a light spritz on your exposed skin areas is plenty enough to tackle those skeeters :D Some NOTES and INFO: I suggest shaking gently or rotating bottle upside down a couple of times before spraying. There can be some separation of the oils so doing this before each use will combine it fully. Product bottling can change, currently it has been near impossible to get spray or pump bottles. It's kinda odd. I love the blue but sometimes we may have to fill an order with a clear bottle and sometimes even with a glass bottle instead of plastic. :) Also, we tend to buy oversized bottles to leave some air room in the bottle to help shake it or incorporate it. So rest assured you are getting the two fluid ounces but the liquid may not be to the top of the bottle :D Most bottles we buy are actually 2.7 ounces so you may see some empty space.
