This unit's capillary tubes meter R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant-a more environmentally friendly option than traditional refrigerants. Users can adjust the temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, choosing the ideal setting for their food.To improve the condensing coil's function, the reverse condensing fan motor rids it of dust, debris, and dirt. It operates in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts, keeping the coil clean so the unit has an extended lifespan and uses less energy. Routine maintenance should be implemented to ensure optimal results.This True TSSU-60-16-HC prep table has a refrigerated pan rail on top that holds 16 sixth-size food pans, and to keep ingredients fresh and cold, an insulated lid covers the contents when not in use. In front of the pans, a polyethylene cutting board provides a space for topping salads and sandwiches. Extra ingredients and supplies can be stored on adjustable shelves in the refrigerated base. For streamlined cleaning, the cutting board, hood, and lid can be removed, and its rust-resistant stainless steel floor has rounded corners that quickly wipe clean. Product Details. Each door is equipped with a 12-in.-long, recessed handle that does not snap off. 1-piece, magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools for efficient cleanup. Solid doors and complete cabinet structure are insulated with high-density polyurethane foam. Shelf support pilasters are constructed of aluminum. 4 heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves with 4 chrome-plated clips per shelf. Shelves are adjustable in 1/2-in. increments. 90-degree, stay-open feature props doors open for stocking. Self-closing doors with positive seal.
