Wet and Forget is a non-caustic and non-acidic solution that contains no bleach which means it will not stain your shingles or deck. In most cases it can work for up to a year with just one treatment, just mix it, spray it, and forget it. While other similar type items have a higher ph Wet and Forget has a ph of 8 which is close to water and is registered product with the EPA, which most other items are not. Wet and Forget is environmentally friendly and bio-degradable.
