Carefully remove the tilt trim motor from the hydraulic tilt and trim assembly. 6. Inspect the tilt trim motor for any damage or wear, such as a cracked housing or a broken shaft. If the motor is damaged, it will need to be replaced. Installation: 1. Place the new tilt trim motor onto the hydraulic tilt and trim assembly. 2.
