For offshore fishing in all its forms, our Offshore Angler Ocean Master/Gulf Stream Combo gives you a well-matched setup designed to take the punishment of large, powerful fish and daily use in the saltwater environment. Sleek and modern, tough and very smooth, the Offshore Angler Ocean Master Lever Drag Reel is built to excel in challenging conditions. You'll love the smooth, consistent power of its carbon fiber drag system, with convenient presets at 20 lbs. for the strike setting and 28 lbs. for full drag. This reel boasts plenty of stainless steel-in its 4 double-shielded ball bearings, the drive gear, the pinion gear, and crankshaft. And we've added an all-aluminum "long-throw" handle and oversized grip for extra cranking power in the heat of battle. Rugged, corrosion-resistant 1-piece graphite frame and side-covers; forged, double anodized aluminum spool with line capacity rings. Our Gulf Stream Rods are the perfect complement to the Ocean Master reel. All styles are crafted on rugged graphite composite blanks with the perfect balance of strength, sensitivity, and flex. Heavy-duty guides feature reinforced turbo-style stainless steel frames with aluminum oxide inserts for smooth line flow; triangle foregrips provide comfortable handling under heavy load, and the rear butt grips have a slick finish to slide in and out of rod holders quickly. Available in a Stand-Up model with an all-graphite reel seat and aluminum gimbal with EVA butt cap, or a Boat model with graphite reel seat, stainless steel hoods, and a nylon gimbal with EVA butt cap.
