The blooms are rich pink to bright magenta, with neatly "pinked" edges, and the foliage is a rich shade of blue. Held well below the foliage, it keeps Dianthus 'Paint the Town Magenta' attractive all summer.Most striking is this new Dianthus's resistance to heat, though. Unlike others, which tend to melt out in long hot summers, Dianthus 'Paint the Town Magenta' holds up beautifully.
