Easily Customize Workouts Comes with set workouts such as interval, 5k, hill, fat burn, cardio, fit test, Gerkin Protocol Fit Test, and 4 types of military readiness tests such as Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. This allows for the user to choose the workout that best fits them. The built-in heartrate bar keeps track of how intense the current workout is.
