Zinsser WaterTite LX Mold & Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is designed to create a protective barrier for basements and other above/below areas. Fast drying formula offers superior strength to prevent water seepage and can be applied to wet or dry surfaces with non-yellowing durability. Contains a mildewcide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew on the paint film only.
