To season the pan, simply wipe the interior with a flavorless cooking oil and heat up the pan until the oil is hot. Then remove the pan from the burner to cool, and repeat this process twice to allow the pan to gain natural non-stick properties. This prevents premature wear and tear and allows for easy cleanup. Afterwards, hand-wash in hot water with a mild detergent and dry the pan to ensure longevity. With a riveted handle that connects at three points, this pan is ideal for active cooking.
