When to reset? 1. When only one side of the earbuds play music. 2. When you can't make the two earbuds work together. 3. When both of the earbuds fail to pair with each other or other connections issues,etc. How to reset? Open the charging case, press and hold the reset button at the bottom of the charging case for 5 seconds. When lights are on for 2 seconds, the reset is successful. Note: Resetting the earbuds will clear the earbuds pairing history on your device, so please reconnect your device with the earbuds after each resetting.
