Tesoro Woods Coastal Lowlands is a collection of wide-plank rustic hardwood flooring that's authentic and durable, yet easy to maintain. Made of North American White Oak, Hickory, Maple and Walnut, this 100% FSC certified flooring uses as its engineered core, plantation grown pine from Chile and Brazil. Coastal Lowlands offers a wide-plank tongue and groove hardwood flooring that can be nailed, glued or floated above, at or below grade and even over most radiant heat systems. Planks are 7" wide x 9/16" thick x 12-84" long, and are engineered in a three-ply construction for stability. Each face is a single piece of hardwood 3mm thick which is thick enough for at least two sandings. The finish is UV cured urethane with no off-gassing of hazardous chemicals. The Maple Rustic and Walnut Rustic lines have a smooth surface texture, the Hickory Rustic and White Oak Rustic feature a light wire brush texturing. Tesoro Woods is famous for their long-term commitment to selling only FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified hardwood products which guarantees they are sourced from third-party independently-audited sustainably-managed forests-never from clear cut forests and never made with urea formaldehyde.
