Life Cycle: Deciduous shrub Height: 12-16 ft Max Width: 14 ft USDA Zone: 7-12 (or grown indoors) Light: Full Sun / Partial Sun Harvest: 2-3 years (fruit) GROWING RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Sow seeds 1/2" deep in small pots or flats with moistened seed-starting mix. Spritz with water to settle into soil. 2. Place in warm indirect sunlight and keep soil moist. Germination should occur in 30-40 days. Using a heat mat will speed up the germination time. 3. Resize into bigger pots as needed. Transplant after last frost when plants are well-established. Protect young plants during the first few winters. If planting in orchard, space shrubs 12 ft apart. If planting as a hedge, space 9 ft apart. Pomegranate shrubs grow best on a south-facing wall.
