Propagation is easily done by dividing the plant mounds and separating the rooted stems. It is an invasive plant so take care when planting near grass and unedged flowerbeds. The Ajuga Bronze Beauty has a sister plant, the Ajuga Chocolate Chip, with similar planting and care characteristics and can be used for a combination groundcover display.
