LEAKY POND OR WATER FEATURE - Ponds will eventually spring a leak. Whether its Concrete, EPDM or Wood Liquid Rubber NeoPond Sealant is a liquid applied coating that cures into a seamless waterproof membrane FLEXIBLE HEAVY-DUTY COATING - UV stable and easy application of a waterproofing sealant for a fully submersible water feature or pond, fish and plant safe ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - Liquid Rubber NeoPond Sealant is water based, containing no Solvents and ultra-low VOC's EASY TO APPLY - Basically just like painting except you use heavy coats to build up your waterproof membrane FOR A BULLETPROOF SYSTEM - Bridge joints, seams, vents, gaps, protrusions…. With Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile where possible movement may occur NeoPond Sealant is a Coating that is easily brushed on and cures into a Waterproof Membrane. It can be used in many applications where you need to create a watertight seal. Apply when the temperature is above 10C50F including overnight. Apply to a clean,dry surface, free of anything that would hinder adhesion. Typically cures within 3-5 days after your last coat. Do not freeze. Store in a warm area. Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is forecasted within 24 hrs. Not meant as a constant walking surface. Coverage - Flat/Ponding Surface - 1 gallon per 40 sq ft (3.7 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil. (0.75 mm) (DFT) membrane. 200 sq ft per 5G pail. Apply the next coat when dry to touch and nothing is wet underneath. Tacky is ok. Generally 4-6 hrs between heavy coats. Amounts vary depending on surface roughness. Use all material up to achieve a long lasting membrane. Avoid hot, direct, intense sunlight during application. Remove Painters Tape while still wet. See manufacturer for specific applications, coverage, tips and video. Clean Up - Use soap and water or mineral oil to clean skin. If you need to return anything, contact us to initiate a return. We ask the material be unopened, in new condition and you ship the product back to us within 90 days.
