Description
Adjustable exercise vest designed for women with removable small weights comfortably located below the bust. Soft fabric that stretches holding weights to your body to prevent bouncing. Reflective print and side lacing for safety. Purchase the 5lb model that comes with 10 half pound weights and add up to 3 pounds more by purchasing optional extra 3 lb weight pack of 6 1/2 pound weights (sold separately) or purchase the 10 lb model that includes 20 1/2 pound weights for maximum load that is fully adjustable in 1/2 lb increments. Sold in sizes for the best fit because one size does NOT fit all. Adjust your fit with elastic side cords for the most comfortable fit. Better than using hand weights for power walking that can hurt shoulders and elbows.
