Green Hill: Soft-ripened, bloomy-rind double-cream cheese is made with grass-based pasteurized cow's milk and ripened for 2 weeks to produce silky texture with butter flavor. (7.5 oz.) Thomasville Tomme: Evoking French farmhouse table cheese, this semi-soft variety is made from raw cow's milk and aged at least 60 days for complex earthy flavor with creamy body and natural rind.
